Washington Department of Ecology- EITE Open House

Energy intensive, trade-exposed industry (EITE) organizations who want to opt out of the EITE compliance pathway need to inform the Department of Ecology by Dec. 31, 2016. EITEs who do not opt out by this date will be automatically placed under the EITE compliance pathway.

Ecology is hosting an open house to provide EITEs the opportunity to ask questions about their two options.
